Job Description :

USClean wants employees that will provide exceptional customer service to all clients and adhere to job duties and responsibilities according to company policies and procedures. The Area Sales Manager will demonstrate the services we offer to all commercial prospects if necessary, give estimates and deliver proposals, close accounts with a contract, manage the account and make sure the services are completed by our staff. Additional services may be added in the future and the Area Sales Manager may be responsible for demonstrating and carrying out these other services. These services will be done in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner.


Job Requirements :

- Be organized and on time.
- Self Starter.
- Does not take rejection personally.
- Dress in business attire.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail is critical.

    - Attend all paid training courses for professional development provided by the company.
    - Become IICRC certified in all areas of service the company provides.
    - Maintain a good driving record and exercise driver safety at all times.
    - Find new commercial business by phone calls, meetings and demonstrations.
    - Build relationships with the individuals who make the decisions for
      cleaning and maintenance in commercial buildings.
    - Provide estimates and proposals for potential clients.
    - Stay in communication with all clients.
    - Make sure services are being completed by USClean staff.
    - Schedule services that will need to be completed.

Assistant Cleaning Technician


Job Description :

To provide exceptional customer service to all customers and adhere to job duties and responsibilities outlined by the company policies and procedures. The Assistant Cleaning Technician will perform services for cleaning carpet, upholstery, leather, Oriental rugs, mattresses, hard wood floors, pet odor treatment, protectant application and cleaning tile and grout. Additional services may be added in the future and the Assistant Cleaning Technician may be responsible for these other services as well. These services will be done in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner. The Assistant Cleaning Technician may be responsible for training employees and franchisees in these services.

- Lift all equipment and accessories up and down stairs as well as ability to move furniture.
- Maintain a good driving record and exercise driver safety at all times.
- Maintain and take care of company vehicles at all times.
