      I just wanted to thank USClean for their help and their management in cleaning the new carpeting in my home.

After spending more than six thousand dollars on new carpeting about a year and a half ago (and having a cat in the house) I felt it was important to find the right carpet cleaner.

After searching for the last few years and seeing our old carpet deteriorate we took a shot with the USClean folks and ultimately felt that we had finally found the right company.

The process (which looks to me like a damp extraction instead of the typical steam cleaning or an actual dry process which we tried and really didn't work for us) is exceptional.

USClean is, flat-out, a great way to go. We usually have them out about every six months just as a maintenance feature and the carpet, even with an 8 year old cat in the house, looks like it's brand new.

USClean, for us, is certainly the only way to go.

      This is the second time I have used USClean's carpet cleaning services. I love this company. I left from using another competitor's services because of shoddy work and all of the up-selling at the end of their cleaning. I paid way too much for them and for less money with the USClean cleaning service I have received A+ service.

I am extremely pleased with Tim who did my carpets both times. He called before he arrived and was on time. He did a superior job.

Price ? Whatever I'm quoted, that's the price at the end. There were no surprises with the price at the end and no unnecessary services were recommended.

Work ? The areas remained clean and I did not have to call back to have them return for spots missed.
